This event is organized as a **community fundraiser** to support local initiatives and help bring holiday cheer to families across Cochise County. Because your participation directly supports these efforts, **no refunds will be issued under any circumstances**, including weather-related conditions or personal scheduling conflicts. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a part of this meaningful event. Your support helps make the SV Glow Ride a success year after year!

To ensure a safe, fun, and family-friendly event for everyone involved, all participants are expected to follow the rules and best practices listed below:

🚫 Rules (Violations may result in removal from the event)

• No Alcohol consumption or open containers permitted at any time.

• No Violence or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.

• Be Courteous & Respectful to event staff, volunteers, law enforcement, and fellow drivers.

• No Burnouts, Donuts, or Reckless Driving.

• No Erratic Driving, including swerving, speeding, or disobeying posted traffic laws.

• Do Not Throw Anything (including candy) from your vehicle during the cruise — safety first!

• Stick to the Route – Do not deviate for any reason. This ensures everyone's safety and helps avoid confusion.

• Respect the Sheriff Assist Team – Their directions and decisions take precedence over route questions or changes.

• If You Need to Leave Early, please pull off to the side of the road and wait for all other participants to pass before turning off.

• Restroom Reminder – Please use the restroom before we roll out at 6:00 PM sharp to prevent delays.
