Please review the following important advisory information to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.\n\n๐ค Weather Advisory\n\nWillcox Sky Fest is a rain or shine outdoor event. Vendors should be fully prepared for:\n\nWind\n\nHeat\n\nDust\n\nPossible rain\n\nUneven terrain\n\nHot air balloon launches and tether rides are weather dependent and may be delayed or canceled at any time. The festival itself will continue regardless of balloon flight status.\n\nVendors are responsible for securing tents, signage, and equipment with proper weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg recommended). Stakes may not be permitted depending on ground conditions.\n\n๐ Setup & Equipment\n\nVendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and extension cords.\n\nGenerators must be quiet-operation models.\n\nPower access (if offered) must be pre-arranged.\n\nAll cooking vendors must comply with health department regulations.\n\nFire extinguishers are required for all food vendors.\n\nโฐ Arrival & Breakdown\n\nVendors must arrive during assigned load-in times.\n\nVehicles must be removed from vendor areas before gates open.\n\nEarly breakdown is not permitted unless authorized by event management.\n\n๐ต Refund Policy\n\nVendor fees are non-refundable.\nNo refunds will be issued due to weather, balloon cancellations, reduced attendance, or other event modifications.\n\n๐ Safety & Conduct\n\nVendors must maintain a clean, safe booth space.\n\nNo open flames outside permitted cooking equipment.\n\nNo unauthorized sales of prohibited items.\n\nRespect event staff, volunteers, pilots, and fellow vendors.\n\nEvent management reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with guidelines without refund.\n\n๐ Balloon Operations Notice\n\nFor safety reasons:\n\nDo not approach balloon launch or landing zones.\n\nKeep all materials secured dur
